Find attached is an invitation to RFQ : 342/20/WK/RFQ/PE/PA/RR/RC/PWD/PWD - Periodic Maintenance -  Spot Gravalling and grading works of 5 kilometers within 14 kilometers road section between Lavatgaivwelu to Halbulbulu jct and Loltong road at North Pentecost.

For bidders who are unable to  print the document, please collect hard copies at PWD office in Ambae – PENAMA Province or PWD Head Office in Port Vila.

NB.  Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

1.  A copy of business registration certificate (VFS)                              
2.  Copy of Business licence by Customs or Province                     
3.  VAT clearance letter from Customs

Bidders are also advice to provide a work methodology and list of essential equipment's.

The closing date of the Request of Quotations (RFQ) is 10.00AM Monday 21st  September 2020.
