NB.  Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

1.  A copy of business registration certificate (VFS)                               
2.  Copy of Business licence by Customs or Province                     
3.  VAT clearance letter from Customs
4.  List of essential equipment to be use with confirm of ownership/Lease agreement
5.  A work Methodology
