For bidders who are unable to access the link, please collect hard copies at PWD office in Santo or PWD Head Office in Port Vila.

NB.  Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

1. A copy of business registration certificate (VFS)                              
2. Copy of Business licence by Customs or Province                     
3. VAT clearance letter from Customs

Bidders are also advice to provide a work methodology and list of essential equipment's.
