The Public Works Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities invites Civil Works Contractors to tender for the following RFT contract funded by the Government of Australia.

472/21/W/RFT/VL/TO/RR/SRIP/R4D2/PWD – Stockpiling basalt river boulder from Vetultulvet Creek and production of 4,000 cu.m. concrete aggregate (28mm nominal size) at PWD Torba premise.

Tenderers are required to fill in the Tender Response Schedule 2 for Eligibility and Qualification Information. Bidders must also verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS)                               

b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province                     

c) VAT Registration certificate from Customs

d) VAT clearance letter for 2020

A Pre-Tender/Site Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday 02nd  November 2019 at the Public Works Head Office in Vila. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend at their own expense. However, attendance is not mandatory.

The closing date for tenders is: 10:00 Hrs, Friday, 12 November 2021

Tenders must be submitted into the locked tender box at the:
