3/21/WK/RFT/HQ/HQ/RR/KH/R4D2/PWD – Kumul Highway Project Upgrading of an 800m section of the Kumul Highway from the Nambatu Roundabout to the Wharf Road Intersection.

Tenderers are required to fill in the Tender Response Schedule 2 for Eligibility and Qualification Information. Bidders must also verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS)                               

b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province                     

c) VAT Registration certificate from Customs

d) VAT clearance letter for 2020

A Pre-Tender/Site Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Monday 20^th December 2021 at the Public Works Head Office in Vila. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend at their own expense. However, attendance is not mandatory.

The closing date for tenders is: 10:00 Hrs, Thursday 27^th January 2022.
