    Dear Potentials Bidders,

    The Public Works Department would like to invite you to submit your quotation  in response to the RFQ – 556/22/G/RFQ/TN/TA/FT/RC/PWD/PWD – Supply of Bitumen Sprayer for Road Works

    NB.Tenderers  must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws relating to VAT by submitting a letter from Customs Office to verify that they are up to date with their VAT payments.

    a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2022                             

    b) Copy of Business licence by Customs or Province for 2022                    

    c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2021

     

    The closing date of the Request for Quotation (RFQ)  is Friday 07th  October, 2022 – 10h30 AM.
