    Dear Potential Bidders,
     
    Public Works Department is in the position of advertising RFQ 585/23/SM/RFQ/EF/SH/UR/PWD/PWD – RFQ for Hiring of 22T - 25T Wheel Excavator for Excavation of Drainage & Earthworks at Devil's Point Road.
     

    NB.  Potential Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

    a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2023                               

    b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2023                      

    c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2021 - 2022 

    Quotations must be received no later than the Submission Date and Time being: Friday, 10.00 am, Monday the  20th of  November 2023 by email or hand-delivered to the address specified below.
