An addendum no. 4 has been issued regarding the towards the following four (4) tenders:

 

RFT – 01/23/WK/RFT/AY/MA/RR/RC/R4D2/PWD - Construction of 500m of Fibre Reinforced Concrete Pavement from Ch 3 +100 to Ch 3+400 (On Behaltalam & Fona Hill) and 8+000 to 8+200 (On Olal Hill) Olal to Ranon Road, North Ambrym, MALAMPA Province

 

RFT – 02/23/WK/RFT/TN/TA/RR/RC/R4D2/PWD - Construction of 400m of Fibre Reinforced Concrete Pavement and a 2m x 2m Culvert from Kito to Waisisi Road, TAFEA Province

 

RFT – 03/23/WK/RFT/VL/TO/RR/RC/R4D2/PWD - Construction of 700m Fibre Reinforced Concrete Tick Drain from Tatuveh to Sola Junction, Vanua Lava, TORBA Province

 

RFT – 04/23/WK/RFT/EP/SH/RR/RC/R4D2/PWD - Construction of 400m of Fibre Reinforced Concrete Pavement and a Replacement of 90m concrete pavement on Lamen Bay to Anduan Road, Epi, SHEFA Province

1.    Original Closing Date and Time as Thursday 19^th January 2023 at 2.00pm has now amended as Thursday 2^nd February 2023 at 2.00 pm.

 

2.     A question have been raised and the responses are applicable to all Tenderers. The amendment refers to particular Items in the Bill of Quantities as indicated for the following RFT’s.
