    NB. For local bidders, they must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

    a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2023                               

     b) Copy of Business licence by Customs or Province for 2023                      

    c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2022
