Dear Potential Bidders,

Please, note that the PWD is sending out invitations in response to PWD RFQ Works in the Sanma Province. The RFQ Works numbers are as follows:

1.  569/19/WK/RFQ/SN/SA/VRFRP/PWD - Road Clearance of 4 km Bodmas Road to TVL Tower - East Santo

2.  562/19/WK/RFQ/SN/SA/VRFRP/PWD - Stockpiling of Coronous material (4000m3) at Jereview. East Santo, Sanma Province

3.  202/19/WK/RFQ/SN/SA/RR/PWD/PWD - Stockpiling of Coronous material (3800m3) at Mavunlep Quarry site, Sanma Province

4.  571/19/WK/RFQ/SN/SA/VRFRP/PWD - Stockpiling Coronous Material ( 3000m3) at Class Hill. East Santo, Sanma Province

5.  201/19/WK/RFQ/SN/SA/RR/PWD/PWD - Stockpiling of coronous material (3500m3) at Nambahuk Quarry site, Sanma Province

NB. Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing

a) A copy of their Business Registration Certificate (VFS)                              

b) Copy of their Business Licence by Customs or Province                     

c) VAT clearance letter from Customs

Bidders are also adviced to provide a work methodology and list of essential equipments.

The closing date of the Request of Quotations (RFQ) is 10.00AM - Monday, 22nd July 2019.
