    Dear Potentials Bidders,
     
    The Public Works Department would like to invite you to submit your quotation in response to the following Request for tenders;
     
    RFQ - 406/24/WK/RFQ/PE/PA/RR/RC/R4D2/PWD - IW PE PA, Construction of 180m Fiber Reinforced Concrete Pavement between Abwatunbuliva and Abwatuntora Junction, North Pentecost: 
     
    RFQ - 405/24/WK/RFQ/PE/PA/RR/RC/R4D2/PWD - IW PE PA, Construction of 180m Fiber Reinforced Concrete Pavement Abwatuntora Hill, North Pentecost

    The Pre-Tender meeting will be held on Pentecost on two locations;
     
    Location 1- Lavatu Market House (North Pentecost)
    Date: 2nd September 2024
    Time: 10:00am 
     
    Location 2 – Area Council Office Bwatnapni
    Date: 6th September 2024
    Time: 10am
     
    NB.      Tenderers must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws relating to VAT by submitting a letter from Customs Office to verify that they are up to date with their VAT payments. And all contractors on Pentecost can liaise with PWD Officers for the collection of tender documents.
     
    The closing date of the Request for Quotation (RFQ)  is 13th September 2024 and Time being: 10:00am.
