    Dear Potential Bidders,
     
    An addendum has been issued for the following RFQ on SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS and SECTION E: DELIVERY SCHEDULE: to be read as follows:
     
    Adendum no. 1 - Section A.4)         
    1. Description of Services and Location:
    PWD Tafea requires Charter of a shipping vessel to ship Staff, Fuel, Parts, Plant & Equipment and Utility Vehicles on Efate, Errromango and Tanna to Anietyum and pick up excavator on Aneityum to Tanna.
    Charter route will be as follow departing from Port Vila, Efate:
    First port of landing – Dillions Bay, Erromango
    Second port of landing – Ipota, Erromango
    Third port of landing – Lenakel, Tanna
    Fourth port of landing – Anelchaut, Aneityum
    Fifth port of landing – Lenakel, Tanna
    Finally Port Vila, Efate
    Addendum No. 2 - Section E)
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The deliveries will be made within 10 days of signing the contract to the following place of delivery:
     
    Pickup 135 drum diesel fuel and Spare Parts on Port Vila, Efate, pickup Dozer and Excavator on Port Narvin, Erromango and pickup Mobile Team staff on Lenakel, Tanna to Anelchaut, Aneityum and pick up Excavator on Aneityum to Lenakel Tanna.
    We confirm the place of delivery as specified above.

    PWD is in the position of advertising RFQ :FR30/24/PS/RFQ/AN/TA/RR/VRFRP/PWD/PWD - Supply shipment of fuel, machineries and utility vehicles from Port Vila, Efate and Port Narvin, Erromango to Anelchaut, Aneityum and return to Port Vila, Efate.

    NB.  Potential Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:
     a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2024                               
     b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2024                      
     c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2021 - 2023 
    Quotations must be received no later than the Submission Date and Time being: 10.00am, Thursday 19th September 2024 by email or hand-delivered to the address specified below.
