    Dear Potential Bidders,
     
    An addendum has been issued for the following RFQ on SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS : to be read as follows:
     
    Addendum no. 1 - Section A.1)         
    1. Description of Services and Location:
    PWD Shefa requires charter of shipping vessel to Demobilize D6R Bulldozer Machine from Rovoliu (West Epi) to Tomali (South Epi).  
     
    Charter route will be as follow departing from Port Vila, Efate:
    First port of landing – Tomali, South Epi
    Second port of landing – Rovoliu, West Epi
    Third port of landing – Tomali, South Epi
    Finally Port Vila, Efate
    Addendum No. 2 - Section A.7)
                     
    1. Quotations must be received no later than the Submission Date and Time being: 10:00 am on Wednesday 30th of November 2024 by mail or hand delivered to the address specified below.

     a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2024                               
     b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2024                      
     c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2021 - 2023
