    Dear Potential Bidders, 
     
    The Public Works Department would like to invite you to submit your quotation in response to the RFQ PS no. 258/25/PS/RFQ/EF/SH/BU/RC/PWD/PWD - Provision of Security Services - PWD Shefa Division Office Building and Premises, Nambatu Area, Port Vila.

    NB:  Tenderers must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws relating to VAT by submitting a letter from Customs Office to verify that they are up to date with their VAT payments.
     
    • A copy of Business Registration Certificate from VFSC for 2025
    • A copy of Business License from Customs Department and or Shefa  Provincial Office for 2025
    • A copy of  VAT Clearance Certificate from Customs Department for 2022 to 2024
    • A copy of Police Clearance Certificate from Police Department.
     
    The closing date of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) is Tuesday  06th May 2025 at 4.00 pm.
