    The Public Works Department would like to invite you to submit your quotation in response to the  Request for Quotation no. 30/25/CS/RFQ/TN/TA/RR/FRP/NPP25/PWD - Provision of Supervision Consultancy Services to supervise and monitor the Design and Construction of the Tanna Road Project - Phase III, Tanna Island

    NB:  Tenderers must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws relating to VAT by submitting a letter from Customs Office to verify that they are up to date with their VAT payments.
     
    • A copy of Business Registration Certificate from VFSC for 2025
    • A copy of Business License from Customs Department and or Shefa  Provincial Office for 2025
    • A copy of  VAT Clearance Certificate from Customs Department  
     
    The closing date of the Request for Quotation  (RFQ) is Wednesday 25th June  2025 at 10.00 am.
