    PWD is in the position of advertising on behalf of the Department of Ports and Harbor RFQ WORKS NUMBER: 03/25/WK/RFQ/EF/SH/PT/DoPH/DoPH/MIPU – Converting Residence Building to Office Space, Nambatri Area, Port Vila.

    NB.  Potential Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:
     a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2025                               
     b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2025                      
     c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2021 - 2024
    Quotations must be received no later than the Submission Date and Time being: 12pm on Friday, 18th July 2025 by mail or hand-delivered to the address specified below.
