    ID580: Invitation towards RFT 31/25/SM/RFT/EF/SH/UR/NPP/PWD/PWD - Supply & Delivery of 200,000 Ltrs of CRS 67 Bitumen

    Dear Potential Tenderers,

    The Public Works Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities invite Contractors to tender for the following RFT contract funded by the Government of Vanuatu:

    RFT 31/25/SM/RFT/EF/SH/UR/NPP/PWD/PWD - Supply of 200,000 Ltrs CRS 67 Bitumen for Port Vila Urban Road Sealing

    A Pre-Tender/Site Meeting will be held on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 at 10 am at Public Works Department Headquarter, Nasituan Building, Port-Vila, Efate Island, Shefa Province. 

    Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend at their own expense. However, attendance is not mandatory.

    NB.  Potential Tenderers must complete Tender Response Schedule 1,2,3 & 4 and attachments together will comprise the Tenders offer. 

    In country suppliers must also verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing the following mandatory requirements:

     a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2025                               

     b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2025                      

     c) VAT clearance certificate from Customs for 2024 (only for bidders whose business reported an annual gross turnover of VT 4 million in their last fiscal year)

     

    Tenderers must be received no later than the Submission Date and Time being Friday, 5th September 2025 at 10am by mail or hand-delivered to the address specified below:
