    NB.  Potential Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

     a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2025                               

     b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2025                      

     c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2021 - 2024

     

    Quotations must be received no later than the Submission Date and Time being: 10am on Monday 06th October 2025 by mail or hand-delivered to the address specified below.
