                                ADDENDUM No. 2

 

In accordance with section 1 (1.6.3) of the General Condition of Tendering document, the Department of Port and Habor (Employer) is notifying its potential tenders that an Addendum No. 2 has been used for the purposes of extending the Submission Date and Time, Additional to Tender Submission Requirement and Correction to Section D: Schedule of Rates for RFQ 02/26/WK/RFQ/AY/TF/PT/DoPH/DoPH/MIPU - Renovation works of Jetty at Mystery Island – Anietyum, Tafea Province.

 

1. The new submission Date and Time shall be 10:00 am on Friday, 17th of April 2026.

 

2. Addition to Special Conditions of Tendering: Sub-clause 1.11.1: Tender Submission Requirement - A Contractor must submit an original, plus 3 additional copies of the Tender Response Schedules in separate sealed envelopes. Information on the inner envelopes shall also include the Name of the Tenderer.

 

3. Correction to SECTION D: SCHEDULE OF RATES:

 

§ Item No. 10 & 11, change number of fenders from 10 fenders to 16 fenders

 

§ Item No. 12, change the number of bollards from 4 bollards to 6 bollards

4. All other aspects of the tender documents remain the same.

NB.  Potential Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:

 a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2026                          

 b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2026                     

 c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2025
