Verification of compliance with Vanuatu Tax Laws relating to VAT, supported by a letter from the Customs Office confirming up to date VAT Payments.

A valid Business Registration Certificate from VFSC

A valid Business License from Customs Department and or Malampa Provincial Office for 2026

A VAT Clearance Certificate from the Customs Department for 2026.
The closing date for submission of quotations is Monday, 20th April 2026 at 4:00 pm.
