The Public Works Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities invites Contractors to tender for the following RFT contract funded by the Government of Vanuatu:
RFT
32/25/WK/RFT/TN/TA/RR/FRP/NPP24/PWD-. Construction of FRC pavement - 1080m length, 5.4m wide, including side drains on both sides at Yanapkasu Road on South Tanna.

A Pre-Tender/Site Meeting will be held on Monday 8th June 2026 at 10am at Public Works Department Headquarter, Port-Vila, Efate Island, Shefa Province. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend at their own expense. However, attendance is not mandatory.
Potential Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:
a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2026
b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2026
c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2025
The closing date or tender is: 10:00AM, Thursday, 18th June 2026.
Tenders must be submitted into the locked tender box at: Central Tenders Board, PMB 9058, Mercet Street, Joint Court Area, Port Vila, using the tender forms in the RFT package. Non-complying or late tenders will not be considered.
