    The Public Works Department would like to invite you to submit your quotation in response to the  Request for Quotation  no.  370/25/PS/RFQ/PM/MA/RR/RC/PWD/PWD - Hiring of a grader to support Force Account (FA) Team - Malekula.

    NB:  Tenderers must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws relating to VAT by submitting a letter from Customs Office to verify that they are up to date with their VAT payments.
     
    • A copy of Business Registration Certificate from VFSC for 2025
    • A copy of Business License from Customs Department and or Shefa  Provincial Office for 2025
    • A copy of  VAT Clearance Certificate from Customs Department  
     
    The closing date of the Request for Quotation  (RFQ) is Friday  27th June  2025 at 10.00 am.
