    Dear Potential Bidders, 
     
    The Public Works Department would like to invite you to re-submit your quotation in response to the RFQ Works no. 343/25/WK/RFQ/EF/SH/UR/RC/PWD/PWD - Vegetation Control on 9.63 Km of PORT VILA Urban Roads.

    NB:  Tenderers must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws relating to VAT by submitting a letter from Customs Office to verify that they are up to date with their VAT payments.
     
    • A copy of Business Registration Certificate from VFSC for 2025
    • A copy of Business License from Customs Department and or Shefa  Provincial Office for 2025
    • A copy of  VAT Clearance Certificate from Customs Department for  2024
     
    The closing date of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) is  Wednesday 25th June  2025 at 10.00 am.
