NB. Potential Bidders must verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing:
a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2025
b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2025
c) VAT clearance letter from Customs for 2025
Quotations must be received no later than the Submission Date and Time being: 12.00PM on Thursday 6th November 2025 by mail or hand-delivered to the address specified below.
