A Pre-Tender/Site Meeting will be held at 14:00Hrs on Tuesday, 4th November 2025 at the Public Works Department Offices in Saratamata, Ambae and Port Vila Head Office, Efate. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend at their own expenses. However, attendance is not mandatory.
The closing date for tender is: 14:00Hrs Friday, 28th November 2025.
Tender must be submitted into the locked tender box at the Central Tenders Board, Ministry of Finance and Economic Management, Kumul Highway, Port Vila, using the tender forms in the RFT package.
Non-complying tenders will not be considered.

Une réunion de pré-soumission/chantier aura lieu le Mardi, 04 Novembre 2025 à14h00, au bureau du service des Travaux publics situé à Saratamata, Ambae et Port Vila, Efate. Les entrepreneurs intéressés sont encouragés à y assister à leurs propres frais. Toutefois, la participation à la réunion n’est pas obligatoire.
Dernier délai des soumissions est le Vendredi, 28 Novembre 2025 à 14h00.
Les soumissions doivent parvenir, selon le formulaire d’appel d’offres, et doivent êtres fermées à clé dans la boîte à soumission située à la Commission Centrale des marchés, au ministère des Finances et de la Gestion économique, Bâtiment Kumul Highway, Port-Vila.
Les soumissions non conformes ne seront pas prises en compte.
