Dear Potential Tenderers,
The Public Works Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities invites Contractors to tender for the following RFT contract funded by the Government of Vanuatu:
RFT 340/25/WK/RFT/EF/SH/RR/RC/PWD/PWD - Routine Maintenance of Tagabe Rbd - Korman Roundabout (Efate Ring Road, 115km), Efate.

A Pre-Tender/Site Meeting will be held on Friday 23rd May 2025 at 10am at Public Works Department Headquarter, Port-Vila, Efate Island, Shefa Province.
Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend at their own expense. However, attendance is not mandatory.
NB. Potential Tenderers must complete Tender Response Schedule 1 & 2 and attachments together will comprise the Tenders offer. They must also verify that they are complying with Vanuatu Tax Laws by providing the following mandatory requirements:
a) A copy of business registration certificate (VFS) for 2025
b) Copy of Business license by Customs or Province for 2025
c) VAT clearance certificate from Customs for 2024 (only for bidders whose business reported an annual gross turnover of VT 4 million in their last fiscal year)
Tenderers must be received no later than the Submission Date and Time being: 10am on Friday 06th June 2025 by mail or hand-delivered to the address specified below.
