The Public Works Department (PWD) invites you to submit a quotation in response to Request for Quotation – Physical Services (RFQ PS) No. 299/26/PS/RFQ/AY/MA/AR/RC/PWD/PWD.

Important Requirements for Bidders:

Proof of compliance with Vanuatu Tax Laws (VAT) – submit a letter from Customs confirming VAT payments are up to date.
Copy of valid Business Registration Certificate from VFSC for 2026.
Copy of valid Business License from Customs Department and/or Shefa Provincial Office for 2026.

Closing Date:

All quotations must be submitted by Monday, 27^th April 2026 at 04:00 PM.
